TVG Supplier Diversity Program

Operating with integrity has been a part of our company’s mission and culture for more than 30 years. Our performance as a recognized industry leader therefore invites the efforts of diverse suppliers who seek opportunities to do business with TVG. One facet of TVG’s overall sourcing strategy is a commitment to supply base diversity.  Through our program we enlarge our pool for good ideas and high-quality goods and services, while enhancing economic opportunity.  TVG is dedicated to developing a strong Supplier Diversity Program.  We consistently reach to enhance and build upon our program to identify small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned, hubzone and service disabled veteran-owned businesses as suppliers.  We work in a global business community, and it is clear that companies that value diversity build new and better relationships, not only with employees, but with customers and suppliers.

The basic components of the Supplier Diversity Program at TVG are:

  • Outreach - actively seeking diverse supplier through business development organizations that support supplier diversity, and participation in conferences
  • Certification of qualification - verification of diversity status of suppliers.

  • Cost Savings – We appreciate suppliers who continually look for ways to help us lower our costs through savings in all areas.
